This fresh strawberry recipe is the best way to celebrate strawberry season! This includes delicious desserts, refreshing drinks, salads and more.

The strawberry recipe is repeated in late spring and early summer. As soon as these sweet, ruby-red berries hit the farmer’s market, I start tossing them into salads, mixing them into drinks, eating them for breakfast, and, of course, making strawberry desserts. (If you ask me, summer isn’t complete without classic strawberry shortcake.)
Below, I’m sharing 15 fresh strawberry recipes that will be on your plate this summer. Desserts such as strawberry shortcake, my favorite strawberry salad, and homemade strawberry lemonade are the menu items I return to every year. Try one or all of them to make the most of strawberry season while it lasts.
Oh, and another recipe-free idea is to eat freshly picked berries straight from the box. When it comes to the sweetest and juiciest, it’s hard to beat!
