Presidential reporter/handout through ReutersMore than 200 Venezuela, claiming that the White House is a gang circle, has been expelled from the United States as an infamous large -scale derailment of El Salvador.
137 out of the 261 deported 261 were removed from the legitimacy of alien, and a senior official said to the BBC’s US partner CBS News.
This extensive law of law was caused by President Donald Trump. He accused the Venezuelan gang tren de aragua (TDA) that “invading, attempts, and threatening” on the US territory.
The lower court temporarily blocked the deportation on March 15, and the administration’s actions under the law ruled that further investigations were needed. However, in the 5-4 decision on April 7, the Supreme Court siding with Trump, however, mandated procedural protection means and released the block.
What is the action?
Alien laws do not follow the general process to the president of the US, but grant the authority to be swept away to order the native or the “enemy” and the citizens’ detention and deportation.
In 1798, when the United States believed that it would enter the war with France, it was passed as part of a series of laws.
The law stated that “the declared war (…) or invading or plundering invasion of the United States said that” the hostile state or the object of the government can be “understood, arrested, guaranteed and removed,” or “when war or looting invades are caused, attempted or threatened.”
If not, when used?
This law has been used only three times before.
It was last called when Japanese people (about 120,000 people were about 120,000 people) were imprisoned without trial in World War II. Thousands were sent to an intern camp.
The people of Germany and Italian ancestors were also interns at that time.
This law was used during the 1812 War and World War I.
What did Trump say -and what is the reaction?
This is the first time Trump has used for the first time, but this is not the first time he mentioned.
In his inauguration in January, he said, “It will remove the presence of all foreign gangs and crime networks to remove crimes that cause destructive crimes.
Trump caused the law of law by accusing TDA that the TDA threatened the US in the United States on Saturday declaration. He declared to the members that “it is easy to arrest, restrain, secure and remove as an alien enemy.”
Trump’s decision was criticized by the rights group. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) sued to prevent the demolition because the United States is not in war.
ACLU’s lawyer Lee Gelernt said in an interview with BBC News on Sunday, “There is no question of being violated.”
The James Bosberg Federal Judge tried to stop the law to perform the deportation, but the White House said that this is “no legitimate basis.”
This led to the front and back between the federal judge and the government in Washington, DC. Boazburg dismissed the government’s response to his orders “inappropriate,” and warned the results if the Trump administration violated his ruling.
Donald Trump hit social media.
El Salvador’s NAYIB BUKELE chairman wrote about social media as follows in response to a news article dealing with the judge’s original command.
Venezuela criticized the use of Trump Guy, saying, “unfairly sinning to the migration of Venezuela.”
Katherine Yon Ebright, the defense of the Brennan Justice Center for Justice Center, said Trump’s use of alien law is illegal.
“The only reason for such power is not a gang activity that can be prove in immigration procedures, but it is possible to accommodate Venezuela’s charges and deportation based on ancestors.”
