2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup draw

  • Pool A: UK, Australia, USA, Samoa.
  • Pool B: Canada, Scotland, Wales, Fiji.
  • Pool C: New Zealand, Ireland, Japan, Spain.
  • Pool D: France, Italy, South Africa, Brazil.

In the knockout stage, the tournament progresses into quarterfinals, semifinals, third place play-offs and finals.

The winner of England’s Pool A will face the runners-up of Scotland and Wales’ Pool B in the quarters, while the winner of France’s Pool D will face the runners-up of Pool C of New Zealand and Ireland. The winner of Pool B will play the runner-up in the quarters. The Pool A runner-up and Pool C winner will face the Pool D runner-up.

The semi-final split will then see the winner of the quarter-finals, which features the winner of Group A (potentially England), face the winner of the quarter, which includes the winner of Group D (potentially France). That means if New Zealand and Canada top their pool and progress, England could avoid them until the final and the Red Roses could win the pool.
