74th Cannes Film Festival Red Carpet

It's been an unusually long year with limited red carpet events, but it looks like they're back in business now. Fashion has always been a staple of award ceremonies and prestigious events, making attendance worthwhile for celebrities and models alike. The 74th Cannes Film Festival was one of the first red carpet events of 2021 and was well attended.

With several days of screenings and red carpet events, there were plenty of looks to choose from, and we're taking a look right at a few of our favorites. From Gucci to Chanel, Balmain, and Dior, it was almost difficult to choose just a few. The Cannes Festival is still underway and there are plenty of awe-inspiring pieces, but these are Couture's red carpet picks.

Jessica Chastain

Jessica Chastain, in gorgeous black, added a romantic finish with light auburn hair and intense red lipstick. dior custom dress. The evening gown features a netted strapless design with velvet scrolls for that final touch of movement.

Virginie Ephyra

Actress Virginie Efira, who embodies the goddess, graced the red carpet in a flowing gold Dior dress. The dress has a flowing structure as she walks, the braided belt emphasizes her waistline, and the cape adds drama to the overall finish.

Soko made a memorable appearance by attending the ‘Annette’ screening and opening ceremony. Gucciouterwear. Subtle embroidery details were accented with iridescent sequins that sparkled whenever the light hit them, and a cutout at the waist made the dress look like a two-piece.

Maggie Gyllenhaal

bella hadid

Infamous model Bella Hadid rocked a unique, open-cleavage look in a Schiaparelli Fall 2021 gown. A black dress formed around her body, leaving an open space on her chest, which was covered with a gold twig pattern that became her memorable chain. With sharp contours and a high bun, Hadid looked absolutely stunning.

Leonie Hanne

Attending the Cannes red carpet for the first time, Leonie Hanne made a dramatic entrance in an all green Nicole + Felicia ballgown. The sage green pieces of layered taffeta with bouncing feathers contrasted perfectly with the bright red of the carpet.

Malaga Javeri

Iranian model Mahlagha Jaberi looked absolutely stunning in a Rami Kadi gown. The organza layered gown with floral and butterfly prints was simply accessorized with chandelier earrings and the model's wavy hair.

Korean fashion model Park Soo-joo arrived at the red carpet screening of the 2020 Pre-Fall movie 'Stillwater'. Chanel. The full lace jumpsuit was accessorized with strappy pumps, a choker necklace and a silver Chanel belt to accentuate her waist.

Model, actress and daughter of Sean Penn, Dylan Penn stunned the red carpet in a gorgeous Balmain Resort 2021 gown. The beautiful halterneck silhouette covered in sequins and body-contouring mesh panels is simple to pair with a ponytail and a feather clutch.
