What the Skeptics Say
You may have noticed that all the reviews above are glowing. To be honest, most of the Hey, Bullseye reviews ~is It's positive. It doesn't take a genius to understand why.
A Reddit poster named alamohero complained about the poor quality of Room Essentials furniture sold at Target. But Hey, Bullseye, some of the reviewers gave it a perfect 5-star rating. It seems like the reviewers are incentivized to talk about the product.
“It goes without saying that Target selects these customers based on their review history and shopping patterns, meaning they are most likely to write 5-star reviews in order to continue receiving freebies,” the Reddit poster wrote.
Readers filled the comments section with warnings not to trust reviews on the retailer’s site. Alamohero acknowledged their point, but added, “(I) didn’t think they would inflate reviews like that. I expected that from a small, obscure website, but come on, Target is going to do better. LOL.”

“The overall style/design is cute and stands out,” Kim began her Instagram post. “The earbud covers are soft and have a bit of cushioning. Also, the overall construction seems flimsy and not very durable.”
