Mira Andreeva qualified for the Olympics after winning her first WTA Tour title, the Iasi Open in Romania.
The 17-year-old won after fellow Russian Elina Avanesyan retired as the clock neared midnight in the third set.
Andreeva went ahead 5-7 7-5 4-0 after dropping just four points in the final.
She will face Poland's Magda Linete in her opening individual event at the Paris Olympics on Sunday.
Linet also qualified for the Olympics after winning the title by beating compatriot Magdalena Frech 6-2 6-1 in the Prague Open final.
Andreeva reached the semifinals at the French Open this year and the semifinals at Wimbledon in 2023 at the age of 16.
Her victory at the Iasi Open at 17 years and 90 days means she is the youngest woman to win a tour-level singles title since Coco Gauff won in Parma in 2021. At the time, she was 20 days younger than her.
