In the latest lawsuit filed against him in New York, a woman called Jane Doe describes being repeatedly physically and sexually abused over a four-year period beginning in late 2020.
According to the lawsuit, she first met the rapper, who paid for her travel expenses, at an “overseas location,” after which the two began meeting “regularly.”
In the complaint, the woman alleged that Combs drugged her and then performed sexual intercourse without her consent while she was unconscious.
The sexual acts were filmed by Combs without the woman’s permission, and she was pressured by Combs to engage in group sex acts with others, the legal documents allege.
In one case, the lawsuit, which allegedly occurred in July 2022, states that a woman was forced to take a drug called ketamine, which caused her to “pass out” and “lose consciousness intermittently throughout the night.”
It is said that soon after, the woman found out that she was pregnant. According to the lawsuit, when the woman told Mr. Combs that she was pregnant, Mr. Combs’ co-worker harassed her into having an abortion. The woman later reportedly suffered a miscarriage.
The woman also said Mr. Combs made threatening jokes that threatened her safety, monitored her location and phone conversations, and prevented her from working to pay her benefits.
“No one is above the law. “Fame and wealth do not protect Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs from serious allegations of sex trafficking and abuse,” the women’s lawyers, Joseph L Ciaccio and Marie Napoli, said in a statement to the BBC.
Mr. Combs has faced a series of charges over the past year, following a lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in November last year alleging physical and sexual abuse. Ms Ventura’s suit was settled by Mr Combs for an undisclosed sum.
The rapper also alleged that federal prosecutors “created a criminal enterprise” in which he “abused, threatened, and coerced women and those around him to satisfy his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.” He is facing criminal charges as he is being indicted. .
The rapper has pleaded not guilty to three felony charges against him.
The BBC has contacted Mr Combs’ lawyer for comment on the allegations made in the lawsuit.
Mr Combs has denied all allegations contained in the 11 previous lawsuits.
