Kensington debuts new ski resort line: Travel Weekly

“Ski the World, Differently” is the name of the new Kensington line of package holidays that will be offered at 16 ski resorts in eight countries.

The product line will be rolled out in two phases, initially targeting resorts in Europe and Japan, followed by slopes in Chile, Argentina and Canada.

“Our new ski itineraries are a direct response to the growing demand for adventure and sports-themed travel,” said Kensington President Helen Giontsis.

Travelers can choose between an eight- to nine-day vacation or a longer trip of 10 to 12 days, which includes the opportunity for a private guided tour of the destination.

Among the packages is an eight-day Swiss Alps vacation at the resort of Zermatt for $10,019 per person. It includes a four-day pass for cross-border skiing between Zermatt and Cervinia in Italy, Hotel Alpenhof (just steps from the Sunnegga cable car) and first-class wellness facilities.

Kensington will be hosting a live webinar for travel advisors on ski travel on Thursday, October 17th at 2pm ET.
