Heritage Line creates river cruise hotel packages in Southeast Asia: Travel Weekly

River cruise operator Heritage Line has created two packages that combine a Southeast Asia cruise with luxury hotel accommodations.

The Escapist package combines a three-night cruise on the upper Mekong River in Laos aboard a converted Anouvong with accommodations at the Four Seasons Tented Camp Golden Triangle in Thailand and Rosewood Luang Prabang in Laos. Travelers can enjoy a cruise from Luang Prabang to Chiang Rai or vice versa.

The 4-night Aurora package includes accommodation at Capella Hanoi and a 2-night cruise option. Explore Halong Bay aboard Heritage Line’s Violet cruise. The other takes Ylang to sail Lan Ha Bay and loop around Cat Ba Island.

Heritage Line, owned by Vietnamese native John Tue Nguyen, specializes in river cruises in Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar.

A spokesperson for Heritage Line said the package may receive a commission.
