Quincy Jones on gangsters, David Bowie, and Picasso

Quincy Jones, a musician and producer who worked with Michael Jackson, Frank Sinatra and others, has died at the age of 91.

During a career that spanned more than 75 years, he won 28 Grammy Awards and was named one of the most influential jazz musicians of the 20th century by Time magazine.

In a 2016 interview with BBC Newsnight, the legendary music producer spoke about growing up in Chicago and his friendships with stars such as musician David Bowie and artist Pablo Picasso.
