The new rule allows teams to score two goals in the final five minutes of the fourth quarter from a dedicated area on the outer edge of the shooting circle.
The rules, first used in the Australian Suncorp Super Netball division in 2020, will become part of all Super League matches.
It will also be distributed in the final three minutes of each quarter during the first one-day Netball Super Cup on March 8, a week before the start of the NSL on March 15.
