“As of today, law enforcement has interviewed dozens of women who have reported being forcibly raped or sexually assaulted by at least one of the Alexander brothers,” Damian Williams, U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, said at a news conference in Manhattan. . .

Prosecutors said the crimes were committed over a period of more than 10 years.
The indictment describes a scheme to lure women to locations where assaults occurred in the United States and abroad with promises of luxury experiences and travel, as well as inviting them to parties.
They also said they procured drugs and provided them to the women, sometimes “secretly” mixing them with alcohol.
Finally, prosecutors also said the brothers “physically restrained and subdued the victim during the course of the rape and sexual assault, and at times ignored her screams and explicit requests to stop.”
Immediately after the assault, the brothers reportedly provided concert tickets and other luxury goods to some of the victims.
The three brothers were each charged with engaging in a prostitution conspiracy and a second charge of prostitution by force, fraud and coercion.
Tal Alexander is also charged with prostitution by force, fraud and coercion.
“Oren Alexander is innocent,” said his lawyer, Susan Nekeles.
“The evidence will show that neither he nor his brother committed a crime.”
Meanwhile, a lawyer representing the women welcomed the indictment.
“I am pleased to hear that there will finally be some degree of accountability for the Alexander brothers and some measure of justice for their many victims,” David Gottlieb said in a statement posted to X by his law firm, Wigdor LLP. He said.
“We applaud all survivors who have the strength and courage to speak out about their unimaginable experiences after years of pain and suffering.”
Tal and Oren Alexander worked at real estate giant Douglas Elliman, listing properties for celebrities including Liam Gallagher, Lindsay Lohan, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.
