Date app giant Tinder updated the search page so that the user can access the new category, “Natural”, “Serious Dater”, “Short -Term Fun”, “Long -term Partner” and “New Friends.” Thursday.
This new category is designed to help users group their profiles to find compatible games. The “Serious Dater” option focuses on users looking for long -term relationships, and “new friends” appear to be a Tinder strategy to compete with the Bumble BFF that connects the user for friendship.
The Explore Page, which began in 2021, consists of a selected category based on shared interests, including “binge eating watchers”, “coffee date” and “natural lovers”. There is also a feature called “Free Tonight” that connects users that can be used on the same day.
Navigating online date can often feel overwhelming, and many users are not clear enough for their profile relationship goals. According to the Tinder report, the user accepts a new trend called “Loud Looking”, where people say goodbye to the ambiguity and dating and saying goodbye to their needs. The updated search tiles aim to promote this clarity by reflecting the increasingly increasing norms of dating intentions.
