Taste a new relationship with tea in China’s Viking Cruise: Weekly Travel

Drinking green tea has been part of most morning rituals in the last 20 years, but I have never thought much about how the hot drinks have gained my cup from the plant to my cup.

However, on a trip to the coastal coast, the Chinese voyage for English has changed from the recent cruise on the UK’s first coastal voyage, Viking YI DUN.

China has been making cars for thousands of years, where I was at the birthplace of Tieguanyin Tea, the type of Oolong Tea.

My fellow passengers and I spent a few days to immerse myself in Chinese culture and consciousness in the cruise from Shanghai to Shenzhen in September. (This product was new to the Vikings that began voyages in the eastern and China for three years ago for domestic travelers.)

Many of us have been interested as this line provides traditional multi -consciousness. With the stupid shades of traditional Chinese string string music, a Chinese woman sat at the table in front of us as if it were on stage. She slowly warmed the small cups, brewed the car, and then filled the small bowl and provided it to the guests. This event was like a performance, and careful actions were carefully done.

Now the Viking Yi Dun calls from XIAMEN and we board the charter bus and stir our group into the mountains of Fujian. On the hill, there was a lined tea house that reminded the Italian grape vineyard.

The Chinese guide, which uses English along the way to the destination of An’xi County, showed how Tieguanyin Tea forged and explained the an’xi tieguanyin tea culture. The difference in this type, Oolong, is between the green and black of the car spectrum. Depending on the oxidized method, the tea can be tasted more.

When I left the bus to start the tour, I took a breath in the fragrance. It was familiar with the soil and the car was in my heart. There was a liver at the corner, where I could see a mountain with a teahill.

Next, we ate a family -style lunch with grilled long fish in the car. The power of the steamed sun and pigs; And the whole rooster with noodles, vegetables and fried pumpkin cakes.

Harvest

After lunch, the staff were equipped with bamboo hats and tea baskets and then downhill to the small fields of the tea tree.

When we combed a bush -like tree, the host of the facility (through the guide) instructed them to find three groups in the middle with two large leaves.

We went to work. I added leaves to the basket and began to smell.

After a while, because the mosquitoes began to bite and the rain began to fall, we stepped back to the hill to find a shelter under the observatory. The host and the guide shared the details of the car as the guests rested and breathe on the wet promenade.

Then I headed indoors to demonstrate how the leaves were processed. Workers first dry the leaves and throw the leaves into a large basket hanging on the ceiling to speed up. We are all provided with the opportunity to try this.

Then fry and dry the leaves.

Tea time

After the tour, we sat in The Topoom and responded to traditional intentions. I saw that about 12 of us sat around a low slum table and followed the same ritual process as the Chinese learned from our ship. We moved the car to a small cup, sampled caffeine and sampled a car with caffeine. Many people bought a car to take home. I bought a small pack with myself for my family, friends and neighbors.

I asked the guide how common this ritual is. Judging by his answer, they didn’t sound as if they were booked in special cases. Every morning, he performs an event while watching NBA broadcasts in the United States.

I think we all have consciousness.
