Delicious and dairy creams that use full food without refined sugar. It is a wonderful alternative when the primitive heavy cream of local farms is limited.

Classic Cream B û Le is one of my favorite desserts. Naturally, it’s one of the oldest recipes in this blog.
The core ingredient of cream bean Le is a heavy cream, I will be supplied from all dairy farms of lawn and local soluble vitamin glory!
Unfortunately, this gourmet item is often as short as the delivery season.
So I devised an alternative method for making creams that use coconut cream instead.
Honestly, this version without this dairy is not as delicious as Cream Bû Les made of heavy creams with a traditional French road, but dairy products can be narrowed when they work well in Finch or take guests for dinner.
Serving tip
You can make this dessert into a Ramekin of all sizes, but it’s a good idea to use a large 8 -ons version.
The dessert part that uses a large Lametkin is definitely not large, but it is a little easier to melt the sugar crust evenly.
Share of one Ramekin at the table with a loved one is an easy way to reduce the part.
Or use a small four -ounce Ramekin for dinner parties or other celebrations.
* The bread shell is smooth and glossy using unrefined sugar, such as when using a stylish white sugar. This is normal, but it’s still crispy and delicious!

Cream B û Recipe without healthy and no sugar and dairy products uses only four total ingredients.

Preheat the oven to 350 ° F/ 177 ° C.
In the medium -sized pot, the coconut cream is warm in the middle heat for about 5 minutes. Do not boil.
Hit the egg yolk with sugar until it is smooth and well mixed. Stir hot coconut cream slowly in the yolk mixture.
Pour a mixed liquid into 4-5 large Lamekin or the equivalent oven safety plate.
Place Ramekins in a large pan filled with warm water in about 1 “and bake for 50-60 minutes in the preheated oven until the custard is built.
Cool the custard and clean it with a towel and cool it in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
To serve, sprinkle 1.5 teaspoons of un purified sugar on the top of each Lametkin.
Use the torch to dissolve sugar at the top of each Ramekin (about 2 minutes per ramekin). It is recommended to use torch instead of broilers, as unrefined sugar can be melted faster than white sugar. Using a torch allows more precision. The bread shell is not as smooth as it is used.
Melted sugar is sent to the refrigerator until the melted sugar is formed. Serve very coldly.
