Google Drive users can now access and search for video.

After starting the automatic video caption last year, Google Drive is now starting a searchable video warrior. Google has announced that from Monday that Drive users can now see and search videos.

The new feature eliminates the need to upload video audio to warrior services such as OTTER.

The report card appears in the side bar next to the video player and emphasizes the current voice text as the video is played. Google says the new update is designed to make it easier for users to search all specifications and find a specific moment in the video. You can also easily follow the content of the video.

To access the video transcription, you need to open a video with a caption in the Google Drive and click the Gear icon at the bottom right of the video to open the video settings. Then you only need to select the “warrior” option.

If you want to see the report card, it is worth noting that there should be a caption in the video. If the “CC” button at the bottom right of the video player is activated, you can see if there is a caption in the video.

Right -click and then select “Captain Track Management” to add the caption to the video. You can select the “Create Auto Caption” button here.

The new features will be available to users with all Google Workspace customers, Google Workspace individual subscribers and personal Google accounts for the next few weeks.
