The Olympic champion Matty Lee, who won the gold medal in Team GB with TOM DALEY in the 2020 Tokyo Game, announced his retirement in diving.
Lee and Daley won the Olympic Gold from the 10m Synchro in Covid-Postponed Games in 2021.
In early 2024, a 26 -year -old boy, who had undergone spinal surgery, announced a decision to retire from Instagram.

Lee made his debut in the world championship at the age of 17 in 2015. Two years later, he won the World Mix 10m Synchro Silver with LOIS TOULSON and won the men’s event in the world with Noah Williams for a year after the Olympics success.
The European title was warmed up to win Tokyo with Daily in Budapest in May 2021, ignoring the probability of winning China’s Kao Yuan and Chen Ison with 1.2 points.
In 2022, LEE and Williams added the title of the Commonwealth Games title to their world, but in March last year, LEE received aid for the spine’s L5/S1 disk and ruled him at the Paris Olympics.
