Wulzen “anti -stiff” element. This ambiguous nutrient protection

After writing about traditional foods for 20 years (I started in February 2005 … Time Sure Flies !!), I can’t believe that I did not write about Woolzen, an amazing and ambiguous local water -soluble nutrient.

Today is the day when this long -standing director is finally modified. 😊

I admit the Ul Zen elements for the main reasons that are doing the same outdoor activities as in their teens and 20s.

My joints are more flexible than that at that time today!

Surprisingly, many people who support traditional perceptions have never heard of Ul Zen factors!

Let’s take a look at this ambiguous and essential nutrients, dwarf diets absolutely needed, and what foods are included in your life!

What is Ul Zen?

The term “Ul Zen Sonja” is a chemically sensitive substance to heat, known as stigmasterol.

This fat -soluble vitamin regulates the phosphorus metabolism of the body.

It was confirmed by Dr. Rosalind Wulzen and received a Ph.D. in physiology and zoology from the University of Berkeley in 1912. (1)

The identification of the Ul Zen factor was a professor at the Oregon State University since 1933 and came from the guinea pig experiment during Dr. Wulzen’s tenure.

She studied Dr. Wulzen in the late 1930s and early 1940s that diets without certain nutrients caused wrist strength and calcification. (2, 3)

Missing nutrients were later confirmed to be abundant in crude oil and cream.

The most important thing is that Dr. Wulzen can reverse this joint rigidity and calcification by adding the original dairy to the diet.

She recorded this discovery in a paper titled “The Effect of Milk Diet for Guinea Pig.” American Physiology JournalShe co -authored with Am Bahrs. (4)

The paper explained in detail how the pigs flourished in the diet of the whole raw, and the people in the low -temperature sterilized milk developed joint rigidity.

The difference later referred to a sensitive nutrient to an important heat called Ul Zen Son.

Dr. Wulzen and Dr. PRICE

At the research time of Dr. Wulzen described above, she may have known that the modern man of Dr. Western A Price is the author of book nutrition and physical degeneration.

Published in 1939, Nutrition and physical degeneration focuses on Dr. PRICE’s observation of 14 separate traditional cultures around the world and the indigenous diet for dentistry and overall health.

He emphasized the importance of fat -soluble vitamins, especially A, D and he called “Activator X”. It was later confirmed by vitamin K2. (5)

This vitamin is found in nutritious foods such as butterflies, long -term meat, egg yolks and fish eggs.

In his book, Dr. PRICE discusses extensively about the nutritional superiority of vivid and untouched animal foods, especially the raw dairy of lawn -food animals.

Thus, Dr. Weston A. PRICE did not specifically refer to the “wool Zen Factors” in his writings, but the concepts explored in nutrition and physical degeneration share a special friendly friend of food philosophy with the influence of the Wulzen elements in connection with the benefits of consuming non -animal fats of reproduction.

The food contains stigmasterol

Stigmasterol is found in the amount of treatment of raw animal foods.

Specifically, vitality butterflies (crude oil, raw cream and raw butter) and raw egg yolks will be the most accessible foods that can be included in the diet on a regular basis.

Primitive butter oil also contains concentrated wool jen factors, butter (heated butter oil) is not.

The important thing to note is that the Wulzen factor is destroyed by low temperature sterilization, even the low number of “VAT low -temperature sterilization” heating methods.

But the frozen crude oil, cream and butter doesn’t seem to harm stigmasterol.

As evidence of this, Dr. PRICE wrote about his tests for frozen raw butter for a year. After that, he found that there was no decomposition of local soluble vitamins. (6)

The benefits of other health in the Wulzen element

Wool Zen’s factors are best known as the “anti -stiff” elements to maintain flexible joints without calcification, but have another profound advantage of taking them by eating primitive animal fats.

Studies have shown that this material can protect the calcification of arteries, cataracts and pine arteries. (7-9)

Therefore, it is worth the time, cost and sometimes considerable inconvenience for flying and getting a lawn dairy for your family’s diet!

Wool Zen’s factors are one of the most unknown benefits of consuming this high -respected traditional food.
