The union of tennis athletes co -founded by Novak Djokovic began legal action against sports governing agencies.
The Pro Tennis Athletes Association (PTPA) has submitted documents to the US District Court in New York.
This lawsuit makes a number of strong arguments on various issues. PTPA argues that there is a lack of athletes in radiopathic practices and sports.

The executive director of PTPA Ahmad Nassar said: “The tennis is broken. Behind the attractive Venier promoted by the defendant, the player is trapped in an unfair system that exploits his talents, suppresses income and dangerous health and safety.
“We have exhausted all options for reform through dialogue, and there is no choice but to pursue responsibility through court. This systematic failure is not to interfere with tennis.
