What is Agua Fresca?

Agua Fresca (translated as “Fresh Water”) is a popular refreshing drink in the central, South America, Mexico and Caribbean areas. In general, it is a combination of water and sugar mixed with fruits, flowers or other flavors.

The production of Agua Frescas can go back to centuries and may have been created by the original AZTEC people. The following is our inspiration that we are naturally sweetened based on what we have tried in Mexico.

How to create cucumber Agua Fresca

This Agua Fresca uses the subtle, cooling and thirst cooling lines of cucumbers, one of our favorite vegetables! The most important part? You don’t even have to peel them. Wash the blender, cut and throw it!

  • Add all the ingredients to the blender (starting with a small amount of soluver or maple syrup) and mixed until completely soft. Pour fine mesh strainers over a large bowl or measuring cup, remove the pulp, and use a spoon to speed up the deformation as needed. Add more tastes and adjustments, sweetness or more lime juice.

  • Cold and serve the ice. The remaining foods can be stored in the fridge for 1-2 days or freezing with ice cubes or ice candy mold!
