Unbelief declared in the case of an officer about the deadly shooting of black drivers

The judge declared disbelief after the jury could not reach the ruling at the murder trial of the police officer who was killed by a black man during the traffic suspension.

Christopher Schurr was accused of murdering 26 -year -old Patrick Rioya at Grand Rafiz, Michigan, on April 4, 2022.

According to the video, Mr. Lyoya ran away on foot after the traffic suspension. The two shot Lyoya dispatched from the ground before they chased Schurr’s taser.

Crossing the Tazer was the center of Schurr’s defense, and he testified that he felt great fear because the taser could cause “extreme pain and injuries.”

Schurr said, “I believed that I would not go home if I didn’t do that at that time.”

For seven years, Schurr, an officer of the Grand Rapid Police Bureau, was fired shortly after being charged in 2022.
