Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Russian Russian Vladimir Putin make them look like their best friend.

As part of Moscow’s Victory Day parade, the army marched together in the Red Square, taking his position on Putin’s right.

A few hours ago, XI described the ties between the two countries as “unbroken” and Russia and China should be “friend of steel”.

This is the 11th Russian visit to XI since I became president in 2013, and the two leaders met more than 40 times.

Putin has already announced plans to visit China in the fall and shared a rare public hug in the past.

But this relationship is more than meeting eyes.

Mathieu BouleGue at the European Policy Analysis Center said, “We have a lot of exchange between two men and patriotic symbiosis.

“They can be friends at one end or work at one end, then tear each other on the other side, and can actually become a competitor in a certain aspect of relationship.

“We are enthusiastic about symbolism. There is a lot of performance in this relationship. But it is interesting to see actual substances.”

In fact, President XI is walking on a very fine line. Russia is an important partner in China, but Putin’s invasion of Ukraine has made him an international Paris child in the world.

Beijing should be careful not to isolate other prospective partners because friendship with Moscow is especially fighting for economic wars with the United States.

China has been courting in Europe for several months since Donald Trump became the US president and strengthened the campaign.

Beijing wanted to describe himself as a stable alternative global partner, unlike unpredictable White House in Washington.

Earlier this week, there was a sign that this diplomacy was effective.

The European Commission Chairman Ursula Von Der Leyen and the European Commission’s chairman António Costa exchanged a message between Li Qiang, a Chinese president of Li Qiang, on Tuesday, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the bilateral relations.

The obstacles of the partnership of the prospects were the close relationship between Beijing and Moscow and economic support for Russia. China did not blame “old friends” for invasion and demanded to end the “crisis” instead.

If President XI looks too close to Putin, it can cause friction with Europe when looking for friendship.

Message to Trump

But Chinese leaders have another major message to send.

Trump’s early attempts to end the war in Ukraine have a close relationship with Putin. It urged the analysts to ask Washington to drive a wedge between Moscow and Beijing.

XI will make it clear that this is impossible.

XI wrote in an article signed by the Russian media, “I will go to all plans together.”

Russian and Chinese leaders also described Trump’s plans for the US “Golden Dome” missile defense shield as “deeply unstable” and insisted that it would minor space.

The two leaders want to present a vision for alternative world order in the face of believing that we are our hegemony.

But XI will know that China is a superpower, but Russia’s power is now limited. This is no longer partnership of equality.

President XI and Putin joined other world leaders while observing military parade.

The Ukrainian war weakened the Russian economy and depleted the arsenal and army.

Western sanctions also depended much more on Beijing for Economic Survival. They badly weakened the Kremlin on the world stage.

“Russia needs much more China than that,” BouleGue said.

Moscow added, “I have to suck it.”

President Putin can take a friend to a friend while watching the tank passes through the Red Square and can organize the team when needed.

But after bold statements, smiles, handshake, and occasional hugs, there is a cause of inconsistency and disagreement that can come to the next few years.
