OSCAR PIASTRI second practiced Lando Norris to complete the perfect Friday for MCLAREN in Emilia Romagna Grand Prix.
PiaStri, which leads Norris to 16 points in the driver championship, was only 0.025 seconds from the Mclaren teammate with Alpine’s Pierre Gasly.
George Russell of Mercedes was fourth ahead of Red Bull’s Max Vestapen and Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc.
The 11th place Leclerc and Ferrari teammates, Lewis Hamilton, caused brakes until Ferrari took Hamilton’s brakes in the middle of the session and solved the problem.
Like other leading teams, Ferrari has upgraded to home events, including changes to the rear, to help instability, but Paiastri for Hamilton’s 0.650s has not made progress.

Racing Bulls’s ISACK HADJAR caused the only red flag in the second practice in Friday.
Where elsewhere, Racing Bull’s ISACK HADJAR rotated at the high -speed first chicane and tried to join the track after cutting the barrier.
HADJAR still ranked seventh in YUKI TSUNODA in Red Bull, eighth place than Williams Pair Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz.
Kimi Antonelli, an Italian teenager, could not create a clean flight rap and finished the first race on the home soil on the 18th.

Piastri vs. Norris?
Red Bull, Mercedes, and Ferrari hoped that the upgrade would be closer to Mclaren, but the Practice session on Friday would be a battle of Piastri and Norris when the qualifiers were made. I live in SKY SPORTS F1 on Saturday 3pm.
Other teams tend to catch the most important time, but MCLAREN’s own update for cars is working well and both drivers have left the table on the table.

“We still want to find a little bit more, but everything has progressed very smoothly. The car is fine. Still adjusting a few more things, but not all bad.
“Saturday was important everywhere. IMOLA means a lot of qualifications, but now I don’t think it’s just Lando and I.
“I think there are a few others to participate in the battle. So we have to put my head down and find a little more.”

Norris said that after having trouble with cars at the beginning of the season compared to last year, Miami finally “developed”.
The British driver said his understanding of the car was “longer project” but “very happy” on Friday.
“I am convinced that Piastri will find things. FP2 always looks good. We always look better than everyone and qualify and catch it up.”
“I don’t think we’re in a comfortable place. We still have to do something, Alpine is fast, and they are always here quickly. I’m sure that Red Bull will catch and Mercedes will be in it.
