Ukraine and Russian exchange 780 soldiers and civilians are the largest swap

Russia and Ukraine have delivered more than 390 soldiers and civilians in the largest prisoner exchange since the beginning of the full -fledged invasion of Russia in 2022.

They sent 270 soldiers and 120 civilians from the Belarusian and Ukrainian borders as part of the only deal agreed in the talks in Istanbul a week ago.

The two sides agreed to exchange 1,000 prisoners and confirmed that there would be more swaps in the future.

There were dozens of small exchanges, but other handovers were not related to many civilians.

The Russian Defense Ministry has said that soldiers and civilians were one of them, including those who were arrested in the Ukrainian army in the Kursk border in Russia during the offensive of KYIV for the last few months.

They are currently in Belarus Territory and will be transferred to Russia for medical inspection and treatment.

President VolodyMyr Zelensky President Ukraine said about social media, “We are bringing people home.”

“We are checking all the details of each castle and each person.”

Ukraine’s coordinating headquarters for Ukrainian war prisoners said that 270 Ukrainian soldiers fought in the region, including the eastern and northchovs, Zherhib, Sumi, Donetsk, Karkif, and Carson. Three out of 390 people announced on Friday were women.

US President Donald Trump previously congratulated his truth social platform, and the swap was completed and said, “Can this lead to something big?”

The Ukrainian soldiers’ family held by Russia hoped to be one of the sons and husbands released on Friday to be released.

Three years ago, Natalia, who was arrested by his son Yelizar in a battle with SEVERODONETSK, said he believed he would return to the BBC but did not know it.

The contract agreed when a week ago, when the low -level delegation in Ukraine and Russia met for the first time since March 2022, the meeting lasted two hours and failed to make a truce.

Sergei Lavrov, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, said on Friday that Moscow would have a second meeting when he handed the “memorandum” to Ukraine.

Trump said earlier this week that Russia and Ukraine called for two hours of calls with Russian President Vladimir Putin and immediately negotiated the truce and end of war.

Since then, Zelen Ski has been accused by President Putin for “trying to buy time.”

Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in Italy supported Trump’s proposal that the Vatican would mediate dialogue on the ceasefire negotiations, but Lavrov said, “It wasn’t a very realistic choice.”

The Russian Foreign Minister repeated the unfounded claim that Zelen Ski is not a legitimate leader and suggested that a new election should be held before the potential future peace agreement was signed.

When Lavrov asked if Russia was ready to sign the contract: “First we must trade, and when the agreement is agreed, we will decide. But as President Putin said many times, President Jellenski is not justified.”

After the agreement was prepared, Russia said, “Anyone of Ukrainian power will see someone who is justified.”

“The main task is to prepare a peace agreement that provides reliable, long -term, stable and fair peace without creating a security threat to anyone. We are related to Russia.”
