After almost a week of anxiety in the city of US immigration raids, curfew is in place on the night of Los Angeles on the night.
The BBC’s US partner CBS reported that several people were arrested on suspicion of violating the cityfinking time immediately after entering into force at 20:00 in the local time (03:00 GMT).
Nearly 400 people have been arrested in Los Angeles since the protests began on Friday, including 157 people who were arrested for assault and interruption, including attempts to murder police officers.
The federal prosecutor has been accused of two men throwing a toff cocktail with two separate cases to police officers.
To suppress anxiety, a total of 4,000 defense troops and 700 Marine Corps were deployed. Some of the defense troops are now authorized to detain people until the police are arrested.
Hundreds of protesters marched to Los Angeles City Hall early on Wednesday evening and were distributed by the police.
When the curfew began overnight, Los Angeles Market Karen Bass wrote in X, “It was designed to prevent bad actors using the President’s chaotic escalation.”
She previously condemned the protests of US President Donald Trump’s immigration air raids, and she said, “Fear” and “panic”, “provoked”.
“A week ago, everything was peaceful,” he said at a press conference on Wednesday.
“The situation began to be difficult when an attack occurred on Friday.”
The base suggested that Los Angeles is “part of the national experiment to determine how the federal government can take over power in the local government.”
She previously urged the administration to end the raid.
The Los Angeles police said they had “arrested” after the 5 -day protests on the immigration behavior until Wednesday, Tuesday.
In a series of statements, the city’s police department said that 203 people were arrested by 203 people who were arrested for distributed failures, 17 for firearms, 3 firms, and to assault as a fatal weapon of police officers.
The statement added that two officers were injured in the battle.
On Tuesday, the base said that it declared curfew overnight in a relatively small area of the city city district and that companies are being damaged and plundered.
After the LA Curfew was fermented at 20 o’clock on Tuesday, the police tried to pass through the city and launch a rubber bullet to disperse the crowd.
BASS explained the curfew on Tuesday and said that the city reached “Tip Points” and said, “To prevent damage and loot.”
County time orders affect the area of about 1 square miles in the second largest city in the United States.
Jim McDonnel, police chief, said, “Some of the images of protests and violence seem to be a crisis of the entire city, but not.”
The US Attorney General PAM Bondi said on Wednesday that the curfew was “a little help” to reporters of the White House.
In other places, immigration raids continued with the Defense Forces.
The Defense Forces and Marine Corps in Los Angeles do not have the authority to arrest and are only available to detain protesters.
“They are used to protect federal missions by strictly used to protect federal employees to protect federal employees to protect federal employees,” said Maj Gen Scott Sherman, leading Wednesday deployment.
About 500 defense troops have already been trained with agents on immigration raids, and some troops have already detained people in Los Angeles demonstrations, Sherman told the media.
The army has the authority to detain people until the police can arrest, he said.
Trump’s row with state officials increased after the military was deployed in Los Angeles. The president has now vowed to “liberate” the city, but California Governor Gavin Newsom has been criticized for “assault” of democracy.
Trump defended the decision to send an army at the beginning of this week that it was to prevent the city from being “conquered by foreign enemies.”
Newsom counterattacked the president. “He chose escalation again. He chose more power.”
Governor California, who is considered a potential presidential competitor of the Democratic Party, warned that “other states are next.”
Wednesday, Secretary of Defense Pethesges sponsored Trump’s movement.

The Ministry of Defense said the military deployment cost for Los Angeles is $ 13.4 million (£ 19.9 million).
Trump spoke to the army in a port braggan in North Carolina, describing it as “a complete assault on peace and public order.”
“We plan to use all assets according to our disposal to suppress violence,” the Republican president said.
Meanwhile, the political line with Trump’s officials has been strengthened. The president described the protesters as “animals” and vowed to “not stand in this anarchy.”
He urged him to call the name of the president, JOE BIDEN, in a portbrag speech.
On Tuesday night, in his television remarks, New Island again criticized the president’s rare deployment of the US military without the request of the state officials. He blamed Trump for “brave abuse.”
“California may be the first, but it will not be over here,” he said. “The other states are next. Democracy is next. Democracy is assaulted before our eyes.”
Trump set the goal of at least 3,000 daily border agents, trying to strengthen the expulsion of the re -election campaign.
After assuming the office, the president greatly reduced the illegal intersection of the US-Mexico border to a low historically low level.
According to the CBS News/Yugov poll before the protests began in early June, 54 percent of Americans approved Trump’s deportation policy, and 50 percent approved how he handled immigration.
This is compared with 39%of 42%of the minority and inflation solutions that have been approved for economic policies.
