How to make a delicious and culture in a house packed with probiotics and no supremacy!

For many years, I have made this fermented ketchup recipe with Maple Syrup. It is one of the most early culture recipes and methods on this blog!
Ketchup fermentation was one of the first traditional gourmet projects I tried in a nutritious traditional cooking book almost 25 years ago.
However, when my husband had a niche diet, Maple Syrup (Wand Sugar) was a disaccharide and it was difficult to digest, so I could no longer eat this homemade ketchup.
Why didn’t you simply switch from the store to an altitude ketchup brand?
Unfortunately, even if organic organic is processed, commercial ketchup without sugar is severely treated so that people with sensitive digestion cannot be easily withstanding. In addition, balsamic vinegar is generally included and is not allowed for intervals.
Another concern I have is that tomatoes for commercial organic ketchup include a microwave or undefined ingredients (eg, night for food preservation).
For example, the organic 365 pizza sauce of Whole Foods with “perfect ingredients” causes a fire extinguisher problem, but there’s no problem in handmade pizza sauce made of almost the same ingredients!
At least some brands of processed tomato products are clearly different from some brands, so I chose to make myself as much as possible!
Preparation tips
To cultivate this no sugar -free ketchup recipe without liquid wushing, consider a fermentation method without dairy products.
To use a wake, it is recommended to separate the oil from the homemade Ke Pear. This allows you to produce active starters most vitally.

Clean and wide mouth mix all the ingredients with mason jars. Leave at least 1 inches at the top of the jar to allow airflow and expansion during fermentation.
Tighten the lid and leave it to the counter at room temperature for 2 days.
Refrigerated and enjoys what you want.
This cultured ketchup is good for use for about 6 months.
