Serving: 6
Cut watermelon in half and pour fruits to book watermelon juice. If you want, store half of the shell for serving.
Place the fruit on the baking sheet with the parchment or silicone mat. Put more than 4 hours in the freezer. Keep the reserved watermelon juice in the container of the refrigerator until you need it.
When the watermelon frozes, take it out of the freezer and put a blender (if everything doesn’t fit, you should be placed).
In the blender, add juice in about half of the lime, half of the salt, and about half of the sweet condensed milk. Pour about half of the reserved watermelon juice. Pulse, pulse if necessary until it becomes soft.
Add additional frozen watermelons to the blender to add additional sweet condensed milk, lime juice and watermelon juice to the preferred taste and texture.
