
With my children’s homes, I’m always hunting to find an easy breakfast idea. The protein is high and fast and the children will like it. My movement is usually eggs, but sometimes I can eat a lot of eggs.
We have tried many breakfast recipes over the years, and some have been hit more than others.

Fluffy oat protein pancake recipe
This easy recipe is a snap to be produced. Throw all the ingredients in the blender for a quick breakfast.
Preheat the iron plate or frying pan to the intermediate heat.
Add rolled oats to the blender. Mix at high speeds for 30-45 seconds until it becomes consistent like a fine and flour.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix for about 30 seconds or until the dough is smooth and well mixed. If the dough is too thick, you can add all kinds of milk splash to adjust consistency.
Put lightly grease with oil or butter on a frying pan or iron plate.
Pour about 1/4 cup of dough into a frying pan for each pancake. Cooking until the bubble is formed on the surface and the edge is about 2-3 minutes. Cooking and cooking for another 1-2 minutes for 1-2 minutes on the other side until you become Golden Brown.
