Why is the meal plan helpful?
Okay, I didn’t think I had a meal plan tomorrow Until you finally try… And wow. I had no idea how much more calm it would be. good night:
- No longer evening panic: I know what dinner is actually about dinner, so 5 pm is not confusing.
- Children can help: Because of the plans, they can know what to do and jump in.
- Saving money: I don’t buy any things or run to the store five times a week.
- I feel more intentional: I do not teach children, create more peace at home, and survive dinner, but more peace at home.
It’s a very small change, but there’s a big difference. If you were on a boat like me, I had to share this weekly meal plan.

I usually have a meal plan from Monday to Friday. The weekend is a wild card with the plans to finish the week or have the remaining food. If you have the remaining food, keep it in a container closed in the refrigerator and keep it fresh!
