How to Make Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Casserole
Ready to make the best breakfast? Honestly, I made this on Christmas morning. Get everything ready and when you wake up, throw it in the oven! Grab some extra Hawaiian rolls and make these super easy Hawaiian cinnamon rolls!
- Roll Slice: Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cut Hawaiian rolls into 1-inch cubes and add to prepared baking dish.
- Add sausage: Cook breakfast sausage in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and break down until no pink remains, about 5 to 8 minutes. Spread the cooked sausage over the chopped roll.
- Add cheese: Put cheddar cheese on top of the sausage.
- Combine egg mixture and bake. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, half-and-half, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Pour cheese and sausage on top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
