AndBeyond’s Two New Luxury Camps Open in March: Travel Weekly

Luxury safari operator AndBeyond will open two new tented camps in Botswana’s Okavango Delta in March – Sandibe Under Canvas and Nxabega Under Canvas. Each tent has three tents and can accommodate up to six travelers per site.

Sandibe Under Canvas is located in a protected area renowned for year-round sightings of predators including lions, leopards, cheetahs and wild dogs. The camp offers game drives, walking safaris, community visits and more.

Nxabega Under Canvas focuses on the Delta’s underwater environment, offering mokoro (dugout canoe) trips, catch-and-release fishing when water levels allow, and traditional game drives. This location highlights the area’s seasonal floodplains and waterways.

Both camps feature super king-size beds, double showers, running water and Starlink WiFi, the first internet connection offered at AndBeyond’s Botswana Under Canvas hotels. The solar power system supports indoor charging stations and vehicle charging points.

The schedule includes both new camps.

The newly designed seven-night circuit begins with three nights at Chobe Under Canvas and is split between four nights at two new Okavango Delta camps. According to AndBeyond, the itinerary balances a variety of activities, including predator watching, iconic floodplain scenery, wildlife tracking, walking, and community engagement.

It is tailored for small groups, couples and families who seek adventure, exclusivity and environmental responsibility at the same time. Prices start at $4,840 per person.
