- 8 oz. almond milk Or choose another milk
- 1/2 cup canned white and navy beans Drained and rinsed
- 3-4 cup fresh baby spinach packed
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder optional
- 1 apologize hollowed out and chopped
- 1-2 orange peeled
- 1-2 frozen bananas
