Running on the treadmill starts to get boring and repetitive. Personally, what I find tiring is staring at the wall or another treadmill in front of me. Watching something on your phone while running is an impossible or uncomfortable experience. So what is the solution? Running outside. I’m not the best runner in the world, but if there’s one thing I research about running, it’s what kind of trainer I get.
The trainer I ran with didn’t bother me at all, as I only did HIIT classes here and there, along with short runs on the treadmill and floor training.
