- Prepare the bread: Preheat oven to 350°F, then slice off the top of 1 loaf of French bread. Remove part of the bread to leave enough room for the filling. Leave enough bread on the sides and bottom so it is sturdy enough. Save the top of the bread and any extra bread slices for dipping later.
- win: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
- Cheese mixture: Combine sour cream, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, shredded ham, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, 1-2 dashes hot sauce, and green onions.
