How to Make Neiman Marcus Chocolate Chip Cookies

This chocolate chip cookie recipe is simple enough to make any day of the week. There is no cooldown. Just mix, bake, and eat to enjoy soft, chewy, and delicious cookies every time. If you like easy cookie recipes, try soft sugar cookies or chewy oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.

  1. Mix wet ingredients: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together using a hand mixer or stand mixer. Whip until light and fluffy, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla extract and beat until combined.
  2. Pulse oats: In a blender or food processor, pulse the oats until partially combined.
  3. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, stir together the oatmeal flour, all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Combine: Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir to combine.
  5. Add mixin: Stir in chocolate chips, chopped Hershey bars, and chopped walnuts.
  6. baking: Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop out 1 ½ tablespoon balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake, spacing each cookie 2 inches apart, until edges are light golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. The center will look baked down.
