Harry Maguire was sentenced to 15 months probation by a Greek court for an incident that occurred in Mykonos in August 2020.
The Manchester United centre-back faced charges of non-serious assault, resisting arrest and attempted bribery and was found guilty on all three charges.
Maguire has always denied any wrongdoing. His lawyers plan to appeal the conviction. Sky Sports News I understand.
Maguire was arrested in August 2020 after a fight with a family member outside a bar.
He was found guilty in 2020 of assaulting and attempting to bribe a police officer, but an appeal granted a retrial and his conviction was “nullified” under Greek law.
His retrial has been postponed four times, with the last attempt failing in October 2025 due to “court documents not being translated into English.”
