  • 1 cup Pitted Medjool Date
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Dried or freeze-dried blueberries
  • 1-2 teaspoon acai powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil Optional (for a softer texture)
  • 1-2 tablespoon water As much as needed for blending
  • a pinch of salt
  • Place nuts in food processor and pulse until coarse and crumbly texture.
