  • pudding: If you don’t have instant cheesecake pudding, you can use instant vanilla pudding.
  • Add nuts! Add some roasted nuts! Add ½ cup toasted chopped almonds, pecans, or walnuts to the pie filling.

Cherry Cheesecake Fluff Recipe

If you know me, you know I love fluffy salads! Especially my peach, raspberry and Oreo fluffy salad! After trying this cherry cheesecake, you might find a new favorite cake! It’s the perfect way to eat cheesecake without the effort!

  1. Beet Cream Cheese: Place the cream cheese in a large bowl and beat with a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Combine: Add the cheesecake pudding mix and knead again until fully combined and smooth, scraping down the sides and bottom of the bowl as needed. Then add the whipped cream topping to the cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
  3. Add pie filling: Stir in cherry pie filling until combined.
  4. Fold and Cool: Fold in the marshmallows, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let cool for at least 1 hour before fluffing the cherry cheesecake.

Don’t you love a nice whip? If you prefer whipped cream, add 1½ cups heavy cream and 3 tablespoons powdered sugar and whip until stiff peaks form. Then fold in the cream cheese as directed.
