these Peanut Butter Frozen Yogurt Bites This is the frozen dessert of your dreams! Made with just four ingredients: peanut butter, yogurt, maple syrup, and topped with mini chocolate chips, this frozen yogurt is a super fun and sweet treat. I love making a batch and keeping it in a bag in the freezer so I always have delicious frozen yogurt at my fingertips ❤️.

- Don’t bake! you’re right. All you need to make this amazing frozen yogurt is a loaf pan and a freezer.
- Packed with protein: Thanks to the delicious combination of Greek yogurt (or sky yogurt!) and peanut butter, these bars pack 6 grams of protein per bite.
- Easily customizable: I topped it with mini chocolate chips and flaky sea salt, but honestly, I think it would be really delicious with literally your favorite ice cream topping 😋😋.
materials needed
- yogurt: I tested this recipe with 5% plain Greek yogurt and sky yogurt, so either will work. I like to avoid fat-free Greek yogurt. That’s because the higher moisture content gives it a more “icy” texture instead of a creamy texture when frozen.
- Peanut Butter: Creamy peanut butter works best. Unless you like your frozen yogurt to have a bit of a crunch. If so, go for it!
- maple syrup: It’s a natural sweetener that enhances all the other great flavors.
- topping: I topped it simple with mini chocolate chips and some flaky sea salt, but honestly any ice cream topping would be really delicious. Mini m&ms, chopped nuts, or a little peanut butter are some of my favorite foods to eat.

How to Make Frozen Yogurt Bites
- Add all ingredients to bowl: Mix yogurt, peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth and fluffy.
- Transfer mixture to lined loaf pan. Top with chocolate chips, flaked salt, and other toppings of your choice.
- to hang tightly: It should be frozen for at least 3 hours.
- Slice and enjoy! Take it out of the freezer and cut it to fit the yogurt.
Top Tips for Success
- yogurt: I prefer using full fat skyr or Greek yogurt for this recipe. why? Low-fat yogurt contains more moisture and may develop an “icy” texture when frozen.
- Nut Butter: You can use any nut butter in this recipe! Cashew butter would be really creamy and delicious, and so would almond butter.
- Don’t forget to line your loaf pan with parchment paper: Otherwise, it will be incredibly difficult to get the frozen yogurt out of the pan. If you’re out and about, you can use wax paper or aluminum foil. This makes it easy to remove the frozen yogurt from the tray and cut it into bite-sized pieces after removing it from the pan.
You can store frozen yogurt bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 3 months. This way, you can easily grab a bite from the freezer whenever you want a sweet treat ❤️.

- You can also use Greek yogurt instead of Skylar yogurt.
- An option is to skip the maple syrup to make this a true two-ingredient base. Maple syrup adds a little sweetness.
