How to make air fryer fried rice
I had so much fun making this dish in the air fryer and now I can’t stop using it. I like to serve it with egg rolls and teriyaki chicken for an easy take-out style dinner at home.
- prep: Place rice in the air fryer basket and add rice, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, frozen vegetables, and chopped onions.
- Cook: Add all ingredients to the rice mixture, mix evenly, spread into an even layer and air fry at 400°F for 6 minutes.
- Add eggs: Take out the air fryer basket, stir well, and make a hole to insert the eggs. Beat 2 eggs in a small bowl, pour into the well and air fry for another 4-5 minutes.
