New video loaded: Russia launches deadly attack on Ukraine ahead of ceasefire
Russian forces attacked three Ukrainian cities on Tuesday, killing more than 20 people and wounding dozens more. The attack came after Russia announced a ceasefire to coincide with Moscow’s Victory Day (May 9), which commemorates the Soviet Union’s victory over the Nazis in World War II.
