With Cuba experiencing another month of blackouts due to a near-total fuel blockade imposed by the United States, many people say their lives now revolve around those blackouts.

For Ana Rosa Romero, a 70-year-old widow who lives in a high-rise building, the constant power outages have transformed her daily life.

The BBC’s Will Grant spoke to her about the impact of the blackout.
