This Homemade Strawberry Dole Whip Swirl Recipe tastes just like the classic Disney original and is super easy to make!

Why You’ll Love This Strawberry Dole Whip
Soft serve texture. Light and refreshing, creamy like ice cream and smooth like soft serve.
Feel the taste of summer with dessert. If you’ve never tried Disney’s Dole Whip before, you’re in for a real treat. These frozen strawberry whips are just as magical and delicious as the classic summer vacation original from Disney World and Disneyland Park.
Dairy-free recipe. Tropical Dole Whip includes milk-free, egg-free, low-calorie, low-carb, gluten-free, soy-free, and vegan options!
No advanced equipment required. It couldn’t be easier to make copycat desserts at home in under 5 minutes – without an ice cream maker, soft serve machine, or Ninja Creamy.

Healthy Strawberry Dole Whip Ingredients
strawberry – You will need 2 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced and measured lengthwise. If you’re starting with fresh strawberries, slice them and freeze them.
Milk of choice – For the richest ice cream flavor, use coconut milk or coconut cream. Alternatively, unsweetened almond milk is a great low-calorie choice that creates a delicious sorbet texture. Oat milk, soy milk, or non-dairy creamer are all good choices here.
Sweetener – Use your favorite all-purpose sweetener, such as cane sugar, brown sugar, pure maple syrup, or honey. To add sugar-free Strawberry Dole Whip, add erythritol, allulose, monk fruit, or stevia.
Pineapple juice (optional) – This ingredient adds a tropical flavor to the dessert. If you’re on a keto diet or don’t have pineapple juice, you can omit it or substitute it with an equal amount of lemon juice.
Salt (optional) – I like to add a little salt (about 1/16 teaspoon) to balance the flavor. If you wish, you can omit the salt altogether.

How to make the recipe at home
- First, chop the strawberries and discard the green stems. Measure out two cups of strawberries.
- Add frozen berries to a high-speed blender or food processor along with milk, sugar, and all optional ingredients.
- Mix until completely smooth. Immediately place in a bowl, cup or cone. Alternatively, use a large spoon to transfer the strawberry soft serve to a piping bag fitted with an icing tip and freeze for about 15 minutes. Then squeeze it into a swirl shape as shown in the video.
- This natural strawberry dessert lacks preservatives and stabilizers, so it’s best enjoyed the day you make it or thawed leftovers from the freezer until soft.

1. If using fresh strawberries, discard the stems, cut them in advance, and freeze them.
2. Place sliced frozen strawberries, milk, sweetener, and additional ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy, keeping the texture smooth.
4. You can eat Strawberry Whip right away if you want. Alternatively, place in a piping bag fitted with an icing tip and freeze for up to 15 minutes. Then swirl it into a cup, cone, or ice cream bowl.
