How much do you eat?
This free weekly meal plan will help you start your week with five simple, nourishing dinners. 4~6 people (depending on whether you’re feeding adults or children), and a full shopping list is also provided to keep things simple.
Why should I prepare meals?
If you don’t plan your meals ahead of time, you may feel less disorganized throughout the week. Here’s why I swear:
- Save time: No more 4pm dinner panic. You already know what’s on the menu, what you need, and how long it will take.
- Save money: A planned grocery list will help you shop smarter, use what you already have, and make the most of your leftovers.
- Fewer takeaways: Once you have dinner planned and your groceries ready, it’s much easier to skip the drive-thru and cook at home.
My weekly menu meal prep always includes a printable shopping list that is measured and ready to go. It makes things so easy! If nothing catches your eye, check out my other weekly meal plans here.
