Police officer killed in shootout in Montreal
On Monday, a police officer was killed during a shootout. One civilian was killed and a police officer was injured, police said.
It’s a very, very sad day. It’s a nightmare. He was a great, great, great police officer. Lots of reliability. And he was very passionate. Immediate threats are controlled and safe. So the community is safe. I’m hoping to find out what his motivations are, but I don’t know yet.
