There will be 56 foodborne outbreaks in Denmark in 2025, sickening more than 1,100 people, according to recently released figures.
The report was prepared by the National Food Research Institute of the Technical University of Denmark, Statens Serum Institut and the Danish Veterinary, Food, Agriculture and Fisheries Agency.
