How to Make S’mores Brownies

This s’mores brownies recipe is always a hit with my kids, and I love how simple they are to make. They come together quickly and don’t last long in our house! For another s’mores fix, try a Starbucks copycat s’mores bar. It’s really delicious!

  1. Add graham crackers. Preheat the oven and spray a 9×9-inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Line the pan with parchment paper. Place a layer of graham crackers in the bottom of the pan.
  2. Add chocolate: Top with a layer of chocolate bars.
  3. Mix the brownie batter: In a large mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, large egg, oil and water and mix until smooth.
  4. Add the brownie layer and bake. Pour the batter over the chocolate bars and bake until set.
  5. Add the marshmallow layer: Take the brownies out of the oven and top them with marshmallows.
  6. broil: Place in the oven and toast the marshmallows until golden brown. Allow s’mores brownies to cool completely before cutting into them.

  • 6 (1.55 ounces) bar hershey chocolate
  • 1 box brownie mix plus ingredients
  • 1 (12 ounces) bag big marshmallows

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 9 x 9 inch pan with nonstick cooking spray and line with parchment paper.
  • Arrange one layer at a time 6 graham crackers on the bottom of the pan. Place your layers. 6 Hershey’s chocolate bars (1.55 ounces) On top of graham crackers.
  • Please prepare it in a large bowl. 1 box of brownie mix According to package directions.
  • Pour batter over chocolate bars in prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Take the brownie out of the oven and place the brownie on top. 1 large bag of marshmallows (12 ounces). Return the oven to broil and place the brownies in the oven for 1 to 2 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown and toasted. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting and serving.
