A man dies after suspected shark attacks in Sydney

Australia’s New South Wales police said a man died on Sydney’s beach after a man bite in a “big shark.”

In the statement, the police said the emergency service pulled a man on the coast of the long leaf beach in the morning surfing. But he said, “I died in the field.”

“The two sections of the surfboard were restored and were taken for expert exams.”

The Saturday incident resulted in a series of closure in popular areas known as northern beaches.

The state police said the emergency service issued after receiving a report that “people were seriously injured” shortly after 10 am on Saturday, after 10 am (00:00 GMT).

The victim’s identity is not yet confirmed.

Local police and experts will work together to “determine the related shark species.”

The last deadly shark attack in the Sydney region in 2022 was attacked by a large white shark by British diving instructor Simon Nellist.

Before that, there have been no fatal attacks since 1963.

Australia usually records about 20 shark attacks every year, and most of the new South Wales and West Australia have most shark attacks.

Historically, it is rare to die from shark bite. In the record of over the first century, Australia’s shark attack mortality rate is less than one person per year.
