Wyoming public health officials have ordered a store to stop selling raw milk lattes, drawing the ire of a former state representative.

Former Rep. Tyler Lidholm was the lead author of Wyoming’s Food Freedom Act. He’s already confronted the state Department of Agriculture for stopping WyFresh Farm from selling meat without a permit, which he insists will be fine under the law.
