Women-focused travel agency AdventureWomen has announced new and expanded itineraries for 2027, including horseback riding excursions and guided treks to Mount Kilimanjaro.
Paige Davis, president of AdventureWomen, said the itineraries were created after the operator conducted a travel survey to find out “where women want to go next, how they want to travel and what kinds of experiences are most important to them.”
True to its name, the tour operator will offer a special start for Kilimanjaro: a trekking itinerary from Africa’s highest peak to the roof of Africa to ring in the new year. The 10-day itinerary is designed by expert guides and is considered a once-in-a-lifetime trekking adventure.
Following the success of the brand’s horse riding tour itineraries in Iceland, the operator will operate a Patagonia version. The week-long trip includes exploring Torres del Paine on horseback and riding approximately 86 miles guided by professional horse trainers. Accommodations include glamping, dome hotel stays and lodges along the Serrano River.
Other new and expanded itineraries include Canada, Japan, Namibia and Panama.
